The architectural practice was founded in 2002 by the architect Spyridon Tavlikos. Ιt was moved to its current offices in 2020. The comfortable ground floor space of 50m2 ensures easy access for the disabled and direct contact with us for our customers.
It is staffed with permanent, highly-educated employees, while stable, external collaborations ensure the correct and timely completion of our projects.
The organisation of our practice allows project surveillance with consistency and professionalism, focusing on updating the client (via email) of the project’s progress and continuously providing information. Process coding adapts to known quality assurance standards, enabling continuous evaluation of projects and results.
Project management complies with GDPR legislation, with discretion and adaptation to each client’s particularities.
We believe that our friendly attitude reflects our way of working, as what we do we do it with will and a lot of love!
Spyridon Tavlikos is a graduate of the AUTH School of Architecture. In 2001 he graduated with a good degree (8.82), being one of the best students in his year.
In 2010 he received a master’s degree from the Interdepartmental Department of Civil Engineering entitled: “Administration and Management of Technical Works” (8.97).
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece; a C class building energy certifier and is registered in the Register of Construction Experience under the categories Construction and Green projects.
He has participated in conferences, workshops and training seminars, while his publications have been hosted in print and electronic media since 2002.
